Southlands is situated in a pretty village of Hutton Cranswick which lies 4 miles south of the market town of Driffield, capital of the 'Yorkshire Wolds'. The home was originally built as a gentalman's residence in the mid 1920's and retains many of its original features and charms. During World War II, Southlands was used to accommodate convalescing soldiers.
